Shipping methods

Standard — $9.95, 2–5 business days, ambient shipping. Free on orders of $299.00 or more.
Express — $24.95, overnight, ambient shipping.

Orders ship after payment clears. Your order number appears on the confirmation screen at the end of checkout — keep it for any correspondence about the order.

Storage & shipping

Lyophilized products are stored cold at our fulfillment facility right up until they ship. Standard and Express both move at ambient temperature — we do not include ice packs or refrigerated freight. Refrigerate or freeze per the storage instructions on the product page as soon as your order arrives. Do not use a vial if the stopper vacuum looks compromised or the cake looks off — contact us before reconstituting.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or doesn’t match what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photographs of the outer packaging and the affected vials so we can look into it.

Returns

Research compounds are sold on a per-lot basis. Once a vial has been opened, reconstituted, or otherwise used, it cannot be returned to inventory or resold, so those items are not returnable. If there is a problem with an unopened item, contact us with your order number before sending anything back — returns are not accepted without prior authorisation, so we can confirm the lot and issue instructions.

Certificates of analysis

COAs are available for the current lot on request — use the “Request Current Lot COA” link on any product page, or email us with the SKU and lot number.
