All products are sold strictly for laboratory research. Not for human consumption, not for veterinary use, not for household use. Buyer assumes all responsibility for lawful handling under applicable statutes.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Product copy describes research context only. Big Cat Peptides does not offer clinical guidance.

Payments

Checkout is encrypted. Payment is handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not see or store your full card details. Refunds, where they apply, are described under Refunds and returns below. By placing an order you confirm the materials are for laboratory research use only.

Refunds and returns

Orders are final once placed. We do not accept returns on peptide products, including unopened vials, because a product that has left our controlled possession cannot be returned to sellable inventory. There is no general satisfaction guarantee.

Where a carrier confirms a package was lost in transit, an order arrives damaged or incorrect, or a lot is confirmed to have failed specification, the customer may choose a replacement at no cost or a refund of the affected items to the original payment method. We are not responsible for loss or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address supplied at checkout. Full detail is on the Shipping & Returns page.

Conservation pledge

Big Cat Peptides donates 10% of annual net profits to wild cat conservation. The pledge is based on annual net profits, not on individual orders. Our inaugural conservation beneficiary is Panthera, an organization dedicated to protecting the world’s wild cats and their habitats. Panthera has not endorsed or sponsored Big Cat Peptides, and naming them here does not imply a partnership or affiliation.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of research materials.
