Lots are identity-checked by HPLC. Catalog purity is ≥99% unless a product card says otherwise. COAs are available to the purchasing lab with the lot number.

Use bacteriostatic water, aseptic technique, and your lab’s SOP. The calculator on each product page converts mg and mL into mcg/mL for laboratory math only.

Standard is 2–5 business days, $9.95, free on orders of $299 or more. Express is overnight, $24.95. See below for how we handle temperature-sensitive compounds in transit. Do not use a vial if the stopper vacuum looks compromised.

Products are stored cold at our fulfillment facility right up until they ship. Standard and Express shipping both move at ambient temperature — we do not include ice packs or refrigerated freight. Refrigerate or freeze your vial as soon as it arrives, per the storage note on each product page.

Checkout is encrypted. We accept major cards. Orders are for laboratory research use only.

The full circular house mark doesn't reproduce clearly at vial-label size, so bottles carry a simplified jaguar-head seal in a gold ring instead — same animal, no wordmark — legible down to a 10 mL label.

Product photos are representative. Vial style, cap color, label design and included packaging may vary by batch or supplier availability. Potency, purity and identity are unaffected — every lot is still identity-checked at ≥99% HPLC.
